Welcome to the 5th Monday Update! Once again, this has been a rather uneventful week for the club. The only real news is that our club has submitted a grant application for funding. We are still working on preparing for our presentation in front of the student council which is now in under 2 weeks from now! That is all for this week. Pretty soon, this newsletter may become a Friday newsletter but for now it is on Mondays.
We now have a club Discord server! You can join our server with this invite link: AVARC Discord. Joining the Discord is the best way you can interact with other club members and learn about amateur radio! We will be posting club updates such as meeting dates, resources for getting a ham radio license and events coming up. Can’t wait to see you there!
